We could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Coach Direct. The coaches were meticulously clean and comfortable, and the drivers went above and beyond in every respect. The drivers, Pam and Tony, were courteous, friendly and punctual. By the end of our trip, the choir members hated to part ways with them. They had really become a part of the choir family on the trip. If we were to book another trip at any time, I would request them both.
Dorset Music Service contracted Coach Direct Limited to supply 52 coaches to transport almost 3000 passengers from Dorset to the Royal Albert Hall. They provided high quality logistical services in planning for the process to be smooth, safe and efficient. Their service was of the very best quality with every avenue of logistics covered; making the event organisation run like clock work on the day. We have 1500 very happy students that took part in a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform at the Royal Albert Hall who were transported there by a very experienced and professional company.
I would like to thank you for your help with this booking. I would also like to mention how impressed we were with Lee, our driver. He was flexible, approachable and willing to lend a hand where needed. Lee was particularly professional with our elderly blind passengers and helped to guide several of them on and off the coach, which really helped.
